RUTLAND HOTEL HEAD CHEF JASON HORTON SHOWS SOME DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES OF THE TRADE TO THE STUDENTS AT DONCASTER COLLEGE

Youngsters on the BTEC Level 3 Hospitality and Catering course were given a spoof selection process interview by Asda human resource staff and given a taste of the catering world by Rutland Hotel chef Jason Horton. Curriculum Leader Jane Fishwick said: “The day was all part of their team leadership project and it went very well. They all enjoyed the day and said they got a lot out of both events.”
